actually we do have a black list :)
We have a customer who claimed that there is a huge hole in our dress. Not possible cos we are very stringent with the checks. We check every piece ESP for holes/stains.
So we black list her, but apparently we heard she's been bad mouthing us :) but its cool. We believe in honesty and doing things right !:)
